Location and Entrance
This show is taking place at New Belgium Brewing Company (500 Linden Street, Fort Collins). The venue will be fenced off with one entrance/exit located on the northwest side of the building. You must be 21+ and have a ticket to get in for the show or purchase beer.
Box Office/Will Call
Pre-printed Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up on the far-left side of the entrance. The right-side of the entrance is open for those with print-at-home/mobile tickets. All pre-printed Will Call ticket holders will need to get back in line once tickets have been picked up. If available, additional tickets can be purchased on-site by credit card only.
If you chose print-at-home/mobile tickets but would like a printed ticket, please visit the Washington’s Box Office on Fridays and Saturday between 12:00pm and 6:00pm.
If you require assistance with your print-at-home or mobile tickets upon arrival to New Belgium, please visit the Box Office at the entrance for on-site support.
If you can no longer attend the show and need to transfer your tickets into a new name, please email boxoffice@washingtonsfoco.com with the order number, first name, last name, and email address of the recipient.
Security/ID Check
There will be a bag check, ID check and wanding before entering the venue. This show is ONLY for ages 21 and up. Please be prepared to show IDs and bags before getting your ticket scanned.
Non-Permitted Items
Please leave all weapons (of any kind), non-service animals, portable chairs or blankets, and outside alcohol at home. These items will not be permitted inside the venue. New Belgium is open for beer service. The patio will have seating available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you require any special seating needs please contact boxoffice@washingtonsfoco.com.
Smoking of any kind is also prohibited on the property. Guests will be permitted to exit the main patio area to smoke on public sidewalks and reenter the main patio area for the show.
Parking/Transportation
Street parking along Linden St. and Buckingham St. is available near the brewery, as well as in the guest parking lot across from the brewery on Linden Center Drive. Please avoid parking in the employee lots of New Belgium and on the adjacent neighborhood streets (1st St., 2nd St., & 3rd St.). See map below.
As always New Belgium does encourage biking but there is limited bike parking inside the venue. All bike rack parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not lock bikes up to any fencing on the brewery property.
Food/Beverage
We highly encourage all guests to eat full meals before coming to the show, but we will allow outside food for this event. The taproom will be open for beer service and have non-alcoholic beverages as well.
Outside alcohol is not permitted inside the venue. Empty plastic or aluminum water bottles will be allowed.
ADA/Accessibility
Our venue is accessible for individuals who require ADA accommodation. Please arrange all accessibility seating and any other ADA needs with the Box Office at least five hours prior to the show by emailing the Box Office at boxoffice@washingtonsfoco.com. Provide your full name, order number, and request and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Seating
This is a primarily standing room venue with limited seating available. Blankets and portable chairs are not permitted. If have any special seating requirements please reach out to the Washington’s Box Office as soon as possible by emailing boxoffice@washingtonsfoco.com at least five hours prior to the show. Any seating not reserved in the ADA section is available on a first come, first served basis.
Weather
If severe weather occurs, including lightning, strong continuous wind, wind bursts or hail, we may need to delay or cancel the show.
Prior to the show, patrons will be contacted directly regarding any show delays or cancellations due to inclement weather. Weather updates will also be posted on the New Belgium Brewing and Washington’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
Should inclement weather take place during the show, announcements will be made from the stage regarding delays or cancellations in addition to updates posted on the New Belgium Brewing and Washington’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
Safety is the responsibility of all attendees. Please use your best judgment when planning on attending the show when inclement weather is expected.
